Assists In Removal And Installation Of Spring Plates And Torsion Bars.

Application:
Vw Type 1 Bug All Years
Vw Type 1 Karmann Ghia All Years

General Instructions:
Step 1. Crank Tool Clockwise To Lift The Spring Plate Off The Steel Factory Stop Plate.
Step 2. Carefully Move Spring Plate Out Past The Steel Factory Stop Plate.
Step 3. Crank Tool Counterclockwise To Lower The Spring Plate And Take Pressure Off The Torsion Bars.

Barely Adequate for the job

After using this tool and having to make some changes to it just to get the job done. I have ideas on how to improve the tool but the whole reason I ordered this one is that I do not have the equipment to make my own.
