Returns are accepted based on the following:

NEW condition (never been installed/mounted)
Complete with all original packaging
Accompanied by a Return Authorization
Back in our warehouse within 30 days of receiving

We are unable to accept returns on the following:
electrical parts, floor pans, windshields, transmissions & engines.
Orders over $400 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Returns sent back without a return authrization will be refused.
