Upgrade your air-cooled Volkswagen Type 3 with the EMPI EPC 32/36F Carburetor. This single progressive two-barrel carburetor is an excellent upgrade for 1600cc to 1641cc engines, offering improved performance while maintaining good fuel economy and everyday street drivability.
The progressive two-barrel design allows the engine to operate primarily on the smaller primary barrel during normal driving. As additional throttle is applied, the secondary barrel opens to provide increased airflow and fuel delivery for improved acceleration and performance.
Designed for Volkswagen Type 3 applications, the EPC 32/36F provides a practical alternative to more complex carburetor setups and is an excellent choice for street-driven Squareback, Fastback, and Notchback models with compatible air-cooled engines.

RETURNS
We happily accept returns or exchanges as long as the merchandise is in NEW condition (never been installed/mounted), complete with all original packaging, within 60 days of receiving.
- We are unable to accept returns on beams, buggy in a box, engines, fabric, fenders, floor pans, suspension parts, transmissions, & windshields.
- Orders over $400 are subject to a 10% restocking fee
- ALL returns must be processed through our return portal. Any return sent back outside of the return portal will be refused. If you select Redo at checkout, your return label is FREE and your package is protected from loss, damage, or theft. (Not available on final sale or freight items.)
