Empi 22-2985 Bolt-On Front Disc Brake Kit. Converting Your 1968 Thru 1977 Vw Bug Or Ghia From Drum To Disc Brakes Is Made Simple With This True Bolt-On Conversion Kit.
Heavy Duty Cast Brackets Bolt Directly To Your Stock Drum Type Spindles Then Calipers Bolt To The Brackets. Requires Use Of Your Existing Wheel Bearings And Seals Or You May Purchase New Ones. Bolts And Washers Are Included To Install Brackets And Calipers To Vehicle.

Warning: It Is Extremely Important That Brake Kits & Brake Lines Be Installed By A Trained Mechanic. Proper Length Of Each Line In Relation To Wheel Travel And Steering Angle Is Critical To Avoid Brake Failure. Equally Important Is Brake Lines Must Be Free Flowing And Have No Contamination. Additionally, All Calipers Must Be Bled Properly, Regardless Of Kit Purchased. Do Not Attempt Brake Line Or Caliper Installation Without The Experience To Properly Evaluate All these Issues.

We happily accept returns or exchanges as long as the merchandise is in NEW condition (never been installed/mounted), complete with all original packaging, within 60 days of receiving.
- We are unable to accept returns on beams, buggy in a box, engines, fabric, fenders, floor pans, suspension parts, transmissions, & windshields.
- Orders over $400 are subject to a 10% restocking fee
- ALL returns must be processed through our return portal. Any return sent back outside of the return portal will be refused. If you select Redo at checkout, your return label is FREE and your package is protected from loss, damage, or theft. (Not available on final sale or freight items.)
