Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please call 714-666-6688 so our friendly staff can assist you with a Return Authorization Number. We happily accept returns or exchanges as long as the merchandise is in new condition(never been installed/mounted), complete with all original packaging, accompanied by an RA and back in our warehouse within 45 days of purchase. If there is a problem with your package upon delivery, please notify us ASAP at 714-666-6688 or orders@mooreparts.com.

All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please Note: You must report all damages or shortages to us within 7 business days of receipt. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on special orders or electrical parts. 

Returns sent back without a pre-approved RA# will be refused.
