Empi 9441-B Centrifugal Advance Distributor With Electronic Ignition For Classic Air-cooled Vw's. Advances Up To 36 Degrees And Utilizes All The Same Tune Up Components As The Bosch 009 Distributor.

Features Smooth Power Throughout The Advance Curve.

Type 1 Volkswagen Bug 1946 Thru 1979 (Except EFI Models)
Type 1 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia 1958 Thru 1974
Type 181 Volkswagen Thing 1973 Thru 1975
Type 2 Volkswagen Bus / Transporter 1950 Thru 1971

Note:
This Distributor Includes Electronic Ignition Module And Eliminates Points And Condener
Requires Bosch Blue Or Other Hi-Energy Coil (3.4 Ohms Primary/12K Ohms Secondary) With Built In Resistor. An External Ballast Resistor
May Be Used Between Power Source And Distributor If Coil Does Not Feature A Built-In Resistor.
