Empi 9248 Complete Full Flow Mesa Tru Cool 96 Plate Oil Cooler Kit With Electric Fan For Air-cooled Volkswagen Engines. Complete Kit Includes 96 Plate Oil Cooler, 9" Fan, Thermostat, Full Flow Oil Pump Cover, Oil Return Adapter With Hardware, Remote Oil Filter Bracket, High Temperature Oil Hose And All Fittings Required For Proper Installation.

Application: All Type 1 Vw Bug, Super Beetle, Karmann Ghia Thru 1979, All Type 2 Vw Bus Thru 1971.

Inlet / Outlet: 1/2" NPT
Special Features: Allows Engine Full Flow Without Machining, Leaves Original Oil Cooler In Place.
Oil Pump And Case Must Be Threaded And Plugged To Complete Full Flow System.

Manufactured From Aircraft Quality Aluminum, Oven Brazed Construction Provides Excellent Strength And Resistance To Continuous Vibrations. With Multiple Passages With More Cooling Surface Area, These Coolers Offer Superior Cooling Over Conventional Tube Type Oil Coolers.

Note: It Is Important To Use Anti-Seize Lubricant And Not Over Tighten When Installing Any Fittings Into The Mesa Oil Cooler. It Is Very Important To Secure Oil Cooler Fitting With 1" Wrench When Gently Tightening Down Fitting. Failure To Do So Will Result In Permanent Damage Voiding All Warranties.
