Shipping

Contiguous USA: All orders ship FREE via UPS or USPS.

For all other US territories, Alaska & Hawaii,  shipping will to calculated for you at checkout.

*We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Orders: We ship worldwide via UPS & USPS.  To place an international order, please change the flag on the website to reflect your country so that all applicable, duties, taxes and shipping fees can be calculated properly.  Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please call 714-666-6688 so our friendly staff can assist you with a Return Authorization Number. We happily accept returns or exchanges as long as the merchandise is in new condition(never been installed/mounted), complete with all original packaging, accompanied by an RA and back in our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. If there is a problem with your package upon delivery, please notify us ASAP at 714-666-6688 or orders@mooreparts.com.

All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please Note: You must report all damages or shortages to us within 7 business days of receipt. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on special orders or electrical parts. 

Returns sent back without a pre-approved RA# will be refused.
