Invader chassis with a mini

Invader chassis with a mini stock 2.3 pinto, 3 rib bus trans, 3x3 trailing arms 16.50 paddles on 15x15 wheels. Trying to build it mid travel. Coilovers are soon to come and wanting to do an A-arm conversion on the front.

Started with the typical VW

Started with the typical VW sand rail after a few trips with the stock air cooled 1600cc, I built it to a 1915cc. I was not pleased with that, so I took on the task of a 2.5 liter Subaru swap. After the swap, I had to much power for the stock suspension, so it was time for the suspension upgrade. Cut off the front of the rail and built the custom A-arm front end. I also went with the 3X3 trailing arms and some Fox air shocks for a softer ride.
